Q Do your products have relevant certifications?

A Yes. We can provide certifications such as CE, SGS, FloorScore, ISO9001, and ISO14001 upon request.
Q What products do you mainly produce?

A We specialize in SPC rigid core flooring, LVT flooring, WPC wall panels, SPC wall panels, accessories, as well as OEM/ODM custom solutions.
Q Are you a factory or a trading company?

A We are a professional manufacturer with fully automated production lines, specializing in SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, and other new building materials. All products are produced in-house and undergo strict quality control.

Q What is the service life of SPC flooring?

A The service life of SPC flooring is typically 15–25 years, depending on the wear layer thickness, installation, and maintenance.
Q Can you match colors based on our samples?

A Yes. You can send us physical flooring samples, and our design team can achieve a color matching accuracy rate of 95%–98%.
Q How do you control product quality?

A We utilize a six-step quality control system, including raw material inspection, extrusion stability testing, UV coating adhesion testing, locking system testing, color inspection, and final pre-shipment inspection.
Q What is SPC flooring made of?

A SPC flooring is manufactured using natural limestone powder, PVC, and stabilizers through a hot extrusion process. It offers extremely high stability, 100% waterproof performance, and superior indentation resistance.

Q Can you customize packaging with our brand?

A Yes. We can provide private label design, packaging customization, and marketing support for distributors and brands.
Q What customization options do you offer?

Q Do you offer free samples?

A Yes, we provide free samples for you to inspect the quality. The customer only needs to cover the shipping cost.

Q How long does it take to arrange production?

A Production usually takes 25-35 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the order quantity and color selection.
Q What payment methods do you accept?

A
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) and open accounts for long-term partners.
Q What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A The standard MOQ is 1000-2000 square meters, depending on the design. For new customers, we support flexible MOQs to facilitate trial orders.

Q How long is the shipping time?

A
Shipping times are generally as follows:

USA: 15-25 days

Europe: 20-30 days

Southeast Asia: 10-20 days

The exact Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) depends on the shipping company and port schedules.
Q Do you provide assistance with shipping and documentation?

A Yes. We can assist you with arranging shipping, handling customs documents, Certificates of Origin / documents issued by Customs, E/F forms, and other export documentation.
Q Which port do you ship from?

A We usually ship from Shanghai, Ningbo, or Lianyungang, depending on the product category and production line.
