7:After-Sales Service System

A-class

  

A-class customers with an annual transaction volume of over 1 million US dollars are eligible for a compensation limit of 20000 US dollars per year. In case of quality issues, they are exempt from paying survey compensation three times; You can also enjoy 3 free sample services per quarter.

 
 

B-class

  

B-class customers have an annual transaction volume between 500000 and 1 million, with a compensation limit of 10000 US dollars per year. If there are quality problems, they need to be investigated and compensated; You can enjoy free sample service once every six months.

 
 

C-class

  

If the annual transaction volume of Class C customers is less than 500000, the compensation amount will be determined through negotiation based on specific circumstances; You can apply for free sample service once a year.
