Eco-friendly slat: It is the core material of the acoustics wall panel The main material is MDF, color is black and Wood color. And solid Hardwood, Bamboo, PS, WPC and other materials also can be used.
High-density Acoustic Polyester Fiber(PET): It is an ideal product in sound absorption and heat insulation materials.. It has different density: 1350g/m,1700g/m and Different thickness: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, etc. And Its common colors black but light grey, coffee and other colors also can be used. It also has the function to fix the wall panels.

✔Eco-friendly and formaldehyde-free (E0)
The product meets the E0 environmental protection standard and does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. From raw materials to processing technology, it strictly follows environmental protection requirements. For example, polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels are extracted from petroleum, and there is no wastewater or exhaust gas emission during processing.
✔ Class B1 / ASTM E84 fire rating
It has a B1 fire rating, is certified by the national standard, and has passed the European and American SGS flame retardant tests. If you choose a flame retardant material, you only need to add 4 yuan per kilogram to the basic quotation.
✔ Moisture-proof and mildew-proof
Made of materials such as MDF and PET, it has good moisture-proof and mildew-proof properties and can adapt to different usage environments, especially suitable for sensitive places such as kindergartens and prisons.
1-Side Cover: The decorative/ first layer is usually just wrapped on the top of the salt. It is with the highest cost performance and it has strong sense of solid wood from the front.
3-Side Cover: The decorative/ first layer is usually wrapped on the 3 side of the salt and it looks same from the front and from the sides and thus it looks the same as solid wood which is integrated.

1. The difference between sound absorption and sound insulation
The surface of sound-absorbing materials is porous and soft, such as our polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels, which have an NRC sound absorption grade of 0.8 - 1.1 and can convert sound energy into heat energy; sound insulation materials mainly reduce the propagation of sound by reflecting sound.
2. Is the flame retardant grade optional?
Our products are not flame retardant by default. Flame retardant materials require an additional 4 yuan/kg. The flame retardant grade is national standard B1, and has passed the SGS flame retardant test (European and American standards).
3. Can small batches be customized?
